Request account deletion

You can ask 36MDC to delete your account at any time, with or without the mobile app installed. Send a request to support@36mdc.com using the button below. We confirm every request from the email address on file before any deletion happens.

What gets deleted

When we process the request, we remove:

  • Your account profile (email, hashed password, role assignments).
  • Records you submitted that are still held by 36MDC.
  • Photos, files, and other attachments tied to those records.
  • Sign-in history and device-install identifiers for your account.

What may be retained

Some information has to stay for a limited time to meet legal, billing, or security obligations:

  • Audit logs of significant account events (sign-in, role change, deletion request) are kept for up to 12 months.
  • Billing records required by tax law are kept for the period set by US tax authorities.
  • Records that belong to your organization (not to you personally) remain with the organization. If you want those removed, ask the organization owner — they are the controller of that data, as described in our privacy policy.

How long it takes

We acknowledge requests within two business days and complete the deletion within thirty days. You receive a confirmation email when the deletion is finished.
