Plans

Before we talk plans,
let’s talk about where you are.

Most teams ask which plan first. The better starting question is what you’re trying to solve. Three rough shapes show up in nearly every conversation we have — read through and see which one sounds like your team.

A short self-diagnostic

Three questions to find your starting point.

  1. 01Exploratory

Are you still patching it together with paper, PDFs, and spreadsheets?

    • Is one recurring form costing your team more time than it should?
    • Have you been meaning to get it off paper for months but haven't found the tool you trust?
    • Could a single workflow on phones — done well — save the team enough time to justify the change?

If those sound right, you're looking for a small exploratory project. We call that Launch: one workflow, picked carefully, rolled out with your team. If it works, you have a foundation to build on. If it doesn't, you've spent a contained amount of time and energy to find out.

  2. 02Ready to deploy

Do you already know mobile is the right move?

    • Are multiple crews, sites, or programs running the same records every shift, every week, every month?
    • Have you tried a digital form tool before and either outgrown it or found it too rigid for how the field actually operates?
    • Does the office need to review, search, export, and report on what the field captures — and does that actually need to work this time?

If those sound right, you're not exploring — you're deploying. We call that Field Operations: multiple workflows, configured around how your crews actually work, launched alongside your team and tuned over the first few months in the field.

  3. 03Data partner

Are you already collecting and now stuck on the part after?

    • Do you have records flowing in but no one with time to turn them into reports, dashboards, or decisions?
    • Is there a recurring data question — utilization, compliance, throughput, quality — that should be answered every month and isn't?
    • Would your team get more out of a partner than another tool right now?

If those sound right, the workflow part isn't the bottleneck anymore. We call that Data Partner: a monthly engagement after the launch is behind you, with a managed backlog and someone on the other end whose job is turning your records into decisions.

A few common questions.

I'm not sure which one we are.
That's normal. Most teams describe themselves as one shape and discover in the conversation that they're closer to another. The discovery call is what sorts it out.
How long does launch take?
A focused first workflow goes live in a few weeks. Discovery scopes the actual timeline.
Can we move between plans later?
Yes. Most teams start at Launch or Field Operations and grow into Data Partner once a real reporting need surfaces.
Where does pricing live?
Concrete numbers come up in the discovery call once we know your team size and workflow complexity. We share ranges before you book — email hello@36mdc.com or note it when you schedule, and we'll send a range before the call.
